LOL - I finally got a couple of hours off from school - they are having a parents afternoon/evening so the school is shut this am so I got time to download some pics.  Sorry it has taken so long - there just arent enough hours in the day to do all I want to do, so here we go.

The longest outstanding pic HAS to be the DNA scarf - not the best of pics for showing the pattern which really does show up a whole lot better.  I 'll try and improve on this later in the week.  Frida doesnt seem to  have been too badly affected by the problems I had with the pattern - here she is.  I really dont seem to be nailing it with the pictures to be honest this time - the texture IS there - it just doesnt want to cooperate.  Perhaps I'll finish off (she says keeping her fingers crossed) with the two scarves that came out of the holidfay in Somerset.  The first was made from some yarn I got from a secret pal exchange - Bernat Boa - I had some left over so I am working on a hat to go with this scarf.  The second was from some Berrocco Furz that Kerrie passed on to me - in case the poattern doesnt show it's done in a threexthree travelling rib and looks really luxurious.  How do I get over the fact that I want to keep them both????!!! 

Ah well - fun time is over, perhaps I ought to go and see what makes the little darlings into what they are at school.
